Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and growth teams to define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns, content, and customer education initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product development.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar, including blogs, webinars, case studies, and social media, to support growth campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, product guides, and website copy, to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and product launches, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
  • Engage with customers and gather feedback to understand their needs and improve product-market fit.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts and reach new audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a growth-focused role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving growth through strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to track performance and ROI.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization.
  • Creative thinker who is detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, FinTech].
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, growth hacking, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.
