Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets; provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify key trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, SaaS, manufacturing].
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong networking abilities and existing relationships within the industry.
  • Knowledge of contract management and business development.
